Boost Boyz (and Girlz) Racing is an independent, private owned Sport Compact drag racing team from Aberdeen, Maryland. The team has been together in one form or another since 2003, and it has only gotten better with age. We have been working with and racing various different kinds of Japanese cars for years now. Boost Boyz (and Girlz) Racing has gained quite a bit of notoriety on the east coast, having been out to several marquee Import/Sport Compact races in Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. We race mainly in the NOPI Drag Racing Series Sanctioned by the NHRA. Look for us to go to the occasional Powerade NHRA race as well; we always like to try to mix it up with the big dogs!!!
Shawn Brown: Crew chief, racecar driver and transporter diver.
Sandra Thomas: Racecar driver and team cook and developing into a DSM chick more and more by the day.
Aaron Brown: Chassis and clutch tuner, all around mechanic and shop owner of Dreamworks Auto Body & Performance, Inc. Believe me, this man is the best hidden talent in the clutch tuning game! His clutch (and chassis) tuning allowed Paradise Racing's Toyota Celica (www.paradiseracing.com) to have the best average 60' time in NHRA Sport Compact's Modified class. Somebody hire this man!!!
Can't forget the kids, who make it possible for us to make it through a race weekend: Shawn Brown, Jr, Olivia and Natasha Nolan, and Keith Thomas.
I must also make mention of my babies who are missing in action: Antonio and Annalisa Brown. We love and miss you both, and you're always close to Daddy's heart!!
